80,000 ton grain pile cover-Winnipeg, MB

It’s harvest time again and with that comes the prospect of protecting your grain. At Headwater Lining, we specialize in helping you protect your investment by employing innovative and economical solutions for your stock piles. Whether it be simple grain covers, specialized covers to fit your bunker system, or our patented tarping system, The UNI-COVERTM, with a built in ballast and rip-stop technology, our team of engineers and technical sales support personnel are well equipped with the answers to your covering needs.  Bunker systems, rectangular and circular bunker covers can be custom manufactured utilizing suction and non-suctions venting systems.  Where bunkers are not an option, our UNI-COVERTM self-ballasting system is ideal for outside piles.  Our covers are a snap to deploy, either with the use of on sight personnel or have our crews install your cover for you. These covers can even be designed to allow you repeated access to your grain without destroying the integrity of the cover. Our panels are configured in easy to handle sizes and have shown to be quite hassle-free when compared to the ordinary rope ballast system.
